The virtues of coffee
We are all happy to take our coffee as a good back. But as many things, we can't drink too much of it. With moderation, it's an excellent healthy product.

- A high rate of caffeine ( beyond four cups per day) could reduce the risk of occurrence of Parkinson's disease
- It's a low calorie drink
- Digestive and anti-migraine
- Improve sportive performance
- Composed of hundreds of antioxidant
- Help to stay focus
Nevertheless, this drink is not recommended to people with disease at their stomach or esophagus.
Caution: coffee positive effects are related to moderate doses ! Excessive consumption generates negative effects such as nervousness, anxiety, aggression, insomnia !
This is why I advice a consumption between 2 and 4 cups of good and fresh coffee everyday.
